Tipiace offers a 30-day return and exchange policy for electric blinds, curtain tracks, and related components. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can address the issue. This policy applies only to items purchased directly from Tipiace and does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please take clear photos and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All damage claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: In the same condition as when you received it; Unworn or unused; With original tags attached; In its original packaging; Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery confirmation.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Natural Wear and Tear: The following conditions are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered: Plastic components that may yellow, discolor, or crack over time; Fabrics, slats, and vanes that may naturally change color with age or exposure; Natural materials (including but not limited to wood, bamboo, and reeds) that may exhibit variations in color, grain, or texture; Wood slats that may warp or crack when exposed to high humidity and/or high temperatures. *Accelerated aging test results are based on laboratory testing conducted by Tipiace.*
